現代語訳
目付役を仰せ付けられて間もないので、心に思うことがあれば遠慮なく申し談じ、御用に支障がないようにと仰せ出された。
一 同月、当務が甚だしく取り込んでいるため、御目付仮役を御免になった。
一 同十一年（1726）午年四月、梶原弥三郎が病気のため御目付仮役を仰せ付けられたが、当務が甚だしく取り込んでいるため、思召しをもって御用捨てを遊ばされた段を仰せ出された。
一 同年六月、精を出してよく勤めているが、当務繁多のところ御目付の御用も遠慮なく申し談ずるよう仰せ付け置かれているため、別して辛労骨折したことにより銀子三枚を下された。三田詰御目付の義については向後交代を仰せ付けられるので、引き受けの筋が繁多で大義とは思召されるものの、いよいよもって諸事を包み隠すことなく申し談ずるよう仰せ出された。
一 同十二年（1727）未年三月、紹栴院様御送葬の御普請方一式の御用を仰せ付けられ、御百ヶ日御法事[続く]

Since he had been appointed to the inspector role not long before, if he had any thoughts or concerns, he should speak freely without reservation so that official duties would not be hindered, as was announced.
- In the same month, because his regular duties were extremely busy, he was relieved of his temporary inspector role.
- In the 4th month of the 11th year of Kyōhō (1726), Year of the Horse, because Kajiwara Yasaburō was ill, he was appointed to the temporary inspector role, but since his regular duties were extremely busy, by his lordship's gracious consideration he was excused from this duty, as was announced.
- In the 6th month of the same year, he was working diligently and performing well, but since his regular duties were numerous and he was also ordered to consult freely regarding inspector duties without reservation, for his exceptional hardship and dedication he was granted three pieces of silver. Regarding the Mita duty inspector position, rotation would be implemented from now on, and although his lordship recognized that taking over would involve many busy tasks and be burdensome, he was ordered to discuss all matters openly without concealment.
