現代語訳
の際ともに御目付の勤めとともに兼ね勤めるよう仰せ付けられ、瑞林寺へ詰めて勤めた。
一 同年五月、紹栴院様の御遺物として御熨斗目一つ、御色無垢一染、御帷子一つ、長御上下一具を下し置かれた。
一 同年十一月、芝の御普請が成就し、よく勤めたことにより御召御小袖一つを下し置かれた。
一 同十三年（1728）申年四月、日光御社参の御留守中の勤めの際、あれこれと御用が多かったところ、精を出してよく勤めたとの由を仰せ出された。
一 同十四年（1729）酉年二月、願いの通り御役義を御免になり、無役組を仰せ付けられ、会津へ罷り下るよう仰せ出された。
一 同年十二月、長野安大夫の次男善次郎を願いの通り養子に仰せ付けられた。
一 同十五年（1730）戌年十一月、願いの通り倅善次郎に御番代を仰せ付けられた。
一 元文二年（1737）巳年八月二十八日、六十七歳にて

- In the 5th month of the same year, as relics of Shōsen'in-sama, he was granted one ceremonial court dress (noshi-me), one undyed formal garment, one summer kimono, and one set of long formal attire.
- In the 11th month of the same year, because the Shiba construction project was successfully completed and he had served well, he was granted one ceremonial small-sleeved kimono.
- In the 4th month of the 13th year of Kyōhō (1728), Year of the Monkey, during his service while the lord was away for the shrine visit to Nikkō, there were many various duties, but it was announced that he had worked diligently and served well.
- In the 2nd month of the 14th year of Kyōhō (1729), Year of the Rooster, as requested, he was relieved of his official duties and assigned to the group without official roles, and was ordered to return to Aizu.
- In the 12th month of the same year, Zenjirou, the second son of Nagano Yasudayū, was appointed as his adopted son as requested.
- In the 11th month of the 15th year of Kyōhō (1730), Year of the Dog, as requested, his son Zenjirou was appointed as his substitute in guard duty.
