 一 同年五月願之通忰鉄右衛門    義御番代被 仰付候事  一 同八亥年三月四日六拾七歳ニ而    病死法名常真院貞山実報    居士葬所同上  善左衛門高令 《割書:初鉄右衛門|元文五申年六月廿二日誕生》   母 中沢氏女   妻 伴八郎左衛門宗辰女《割書:文化十三子年七月廿|五日病死法名鏡覚|院帝妙大安《見せ消ち:信|清》大姉|葬所同上》  一 寛延三午年二月親願之通初而之    御目見被 仰付候事  一 明和元申年十月武芸相励奇    特ニ被 思召之旨被 仰出候事  一 安永三午年五月親願之通御    番代被 仰付一瀬勘兵衛組ㇸ入    御城御番相勤候事  一 同六酉年十二月武芸所ニ相極

一 同年五月、願いの通り息子鉄右衛門を    御番代に仰せ付けられた件 一 同八年亥年三月四日、六十七歳にて    病死。法名は常真院貞山実報    居士。葬所は同上 善左衛門高令 《割書:初め鉄右衛門|元文五年申年六月二十二日誕生》   母 中沢氏の女   妻 伴八郎左衛門宗辰の女《割書:文化十三年子年七月二十|五日病死。法名は鏡覚|院帝妙大安《見せ消ち:信|清》大姉|葬所は同上》 一 寛延三年午年二月、親の願いの通り初めて    御目見えを仰せ付けられた件 一 明和元年申年十月、武芸に励み特に    思し召しの旨を仰せ出された件 一 安永三年午年五月、親の願いの通り御    番代を仰せ付けられ、一瀬勘兵衛組へ入り    御城での御番を相勤めた件 一 同六年酉年十二月、武芸所に相極まり

His posthumous Buddhist name was Jōshin-in Teizan Jippō    Koji. Burial site: same as above Zenzaemon Takayoshi 《marginal note: originally named Tetsuzaemon|born on the 22nd day of the 6th month of Gembun 5, Year of the Monkey》   Mother: daughter of the Nakazawa clan   Wife: daughter of Ban Hachirōzaemon Munetatsu《marginal note: died of illness on the 25th|day of the 7th month of Bunka 13, Year of the Rat. Posthumous Buddhist name: Kyōgaku-|in Teimyō Daian《crossed out: Shin-|sei》Daishi|Burial site: same as above》 一 In the 2nd month of Kan'en 3, Year of the Horse (1750), as requested by his father,    he was granted his first audience with the lord 一 In the 10th month of Meiwa 1, Year of the Monkey (1764), for his dedication to martial arts,    it was announced that he was particularly favored 一 In the 5th month of An'ei 3, Year of the Horse (1774), as requested by his father,    he was appointed as guard substitute, joined Ichinose Kanbei's unit,    and served guard duty at the castle 一 In the 12th month of the same 6th year, Year of the Cock (1777), he was assigned to the martial arts office
