為御褒美綿壱把被下置之旨被
仰出且去秋追鳥狩之節梶原典
膳組之者共足並列伍之次第宜
相揃兼而宜及差配候義と
思召之旨被 仰出候事
但此後追鳥狩之毎度御称美
被成下候事
一 同八辰年三月兼務之方御用
繫多之儀ニ候処数年精出宜相勤
且相組外様士宜取扱武備相励
致出精候ニ付旁を以御役料之内之
拾石御加増ニ御直被下置候事
一 同年九月大勢之弟子宜致指
南先達而組之槍術御一《見せ消ち：■｜覧》之
節無滞相済候依之御酒被下置候事
一 同十午年十月中根弥次右衛門弟
源九郎聟養子仕度旨被任
願候事
一 享和元酉年九月諸生稽古
為果《見せ消ち：教｜敢》行又武之学寮一纏ニ
現代語訳
御褒美として綿一把を下し置かれた旨を
仰せ出され、且つ去秋追鳥狩の節、梶原典
膳組の者共の足並み列伍の次第がよく
相揃い、兼ねてよく差配に及んだ義と
思し召しの旨を仰せ出された件
但しこの後追鳥狩の度毎に御称美を
成し下された件
一 同八年辰年三月、兼務の方の御用
繁多の儀に候処、数年精を出しよく相勤め
且つ相組の外様士をよく取り扱い武備を相励み
精を出し致した件に付き、ということを以て御役料のうちの
十石を御加増に御直に下し置かれた件
一 同年九月、大勢の弟子をよく指
導し、先達って組の槍術を御覧の
節、滞りなく相済んだ、これに依り御酒を下し置かれた件
一 同十年午年十月、中根弥次右衛門の弟
源九郎を聟養子に仕りたい旨を願いを
任せられた件
一 享和元年酉年九月、諸生稽古の
為果敢に行い、また武の学寮を一纏めに

and furthermore, during last autumn's hunting drive, the formation and
alignment of Kajiwara Tenzen's group members was well
coordinated, and it was thought that he had managed them well all along,
as was announced

一 In the 3rd month of the same 8th year, Year of the Dragon (1796), regarding his concurrent duties and official
business being numerous, he had applied himself diligently for several years and served well,
and had handled the tozama samurai in his group well, encouraging military preparedness
and working diligently, and for this reason, ten koku from his official stipend
was directly increased and granted
一 In the 9th month of the same year, he instructed a large number of disciples well,
and when the group's spear techniques were recently presented for inspection,
it proceeded without incident, and for this sake was granted
一 In the 10th month of the same 10th year, Year of the Horse (1798), he was granted permission
to adopt Genkurō, the younger brother of Nakane Yajizaemon,
as his son-in-law and heir
一 In the 9th month of Kyōwa 1, Year of the Rooster (1801), he resolutely carried out
training for various students, and also unified the military academy
