美御古麻御上下一具被下置候

御普請を仰せ付けられ、取り計らい方を転じられたことに付き、
武学寮の儀も学校奉行の差配を
仰せ付けられたことに依り、右の主役勤めを御免
成され、これまで精を出し相勤めたことを御褒美として
御召麻の御上下一具を下し置かれた件
一 同日、槍術指南の儀に差し支える義も
これ有り候に付き御免成されたが、御用の透きの時に武
学寮内槍場へ罷り出て指南方を致し
世話をし、修行が果敢に行われるよう致すべき
旨を仰せ出された件
一 文化二年丑年十二月、品々の御役義を
数年無欠席で相勤めたことに付き、御褒
美として御古麻の御上下一具を下し置かれた
件
一 同四年卯年二月、大内流稽古場へ
罷り出るよう仰せ付け置かれた処、稽古場の
仕居が相成ったことに付き、右の勤め方を御免
成された。これまで精を出し相勤めたことに付き御褒美として
綿二把を下し置かれた件
一 同年十一月、願いの通り当務を御免

He was ordered to undertake construction work, and his administrative responsibilities were transferred. Accordingly,
the military academy was also placed under the supervision
of the school magistrate, and he was relieved of his main role.
As a reward for his diligent service thus far,
he was granted a complete set of ceremonial hemp garments.
一 On the same day, as there were matters that would interfere
with his spear instruction duties, he was relieved of them, but during breaks from official duties, he was to
go to the spear training ground within the military academy to provide instruction
and assistance, ensuring that training would be carried out resolutely,
as was announced.
一 In the 12th month of Bunka 2, Year of the Ox (1805), for various official duties
performed for several years without absence, as a reward
he was granted a complete set of old hemp ceremonial garments.
一 In the 2nd month of Bunka 4, Year of the Rabbit (1807), he was ordered
to attend the Ōuchi-ryū training ground, but as the training ground
arrangements were completed, he was relieved of these duties.
For his diligent service thus far, as a reward
he was granted two bundles of cotton.
一 In the 11th month of the same year, as requested, he was relieved of his current duties
