一 同十三年子年四月、御上京御供を仰せ付けられ、江戸表へ罷り登った件
ただし、高外様士不足につき、高同様に御本陣番並びに不時相兼ね乗懸にて御供仕るよう仰せ付けられた件
一 同月、江戸御発駕、芝御屋敷より直に御先へ出立し、御道中御本陣番を相勤め御供仕り、五月九日大津御逗留へ宿継ぎ御奉書到来したにつき、請御使者を仰せ付けられ、即日出立し、京都より江戸表へ道中八日積みの割をもって差し急ぐよう仰せ出され差し急いだところ、大井川洪水にて十二日夕より十四日まで滞留し、同十七日着、即日寿鳳院様、受院様御使を相勤め、翌十八日より両御丸御老中様並びに御役人様方御使者を相勤め、同二十一日両御丸御用番の御老中様より御連名の御書を御渡しになった右の御書

1. In the 4th month of Bunka 13, Year of the Rat (1816), he was ordered to accompany the lord's journey to Kyoto and departed for Edo.
However, due to a shortage of high-ranking outside retainers, he was ordered to serve as escort with the same treatment as high-ranking retainers, taking on main camp guard duty and emergency mounted escort duties as needed.
1. In the same month, upon the lord's departure from Edo, he set out directly ahead from the Shiba residence, served as main camp guard during the journey and accompanied the lord. On the 9th day of the 5th month, an official letter arrived at the Ōtsu lodging, so he was appointed as messenger to receive it. He departed immediately and was ordered to rush from Kyoto to Edo with an eight-day travel schedule. While hurrying, he was detained from the evening of the 12th until the 14th due to flooding of the Ōi River. He arrived on the 17th and immediately served as messenger to Lady Juhōin and Lady Juin. From the 18th of the following day, he served as messenger to the senior councilors of both castle compounds and various officials. On the 21st, he received a jointly signed official document from the senior councilors on duty at both castle compounds.
