但御進献番御人少ニ付御《見せ消ち：□□｜進献》
不寝番をも相勤候様於江戸
表被 仰付候事
一 文化十四丑年十月操練出精宜
相励候ニ付新身之《見せ消ち：□｜鑓》壱穂被下置

現代語訳
並びに御使者勤めの件について一同へ御書簡中に申し伝えた。
ただし、御進献番の人数が少ないため、御進献不寝番をも相勤めるよう江戸表において仰せ付けられた件
一 文化十四年丑年十月、操練出精よろしく相励んだにつき、新身の槍一穂を下し置かれた件
一 文政二年卯年四月、御目付仮役を仰せ付けられた件
一 同年七月、御目付を仰せ付けられた件
一 同五年午年十月、勤番のため江戸表へ罷り登り、翌未年四月に御供にて罷り下った件
一 同六年未年四月、江戸表において初陣候へども、精出し無滞相勤めた段を仰せ出された件

He also conveyed the matter of serving as messenger to everyone through an official letter.
However, due to insufficient personnel for the offering guard duty, he was also ordered at Edo to serve night watch duty for offerings.
1. In the 10th month of Bunka 14, Year of the Ox (1817), due to his excellent dedication to military drill training, he was granted a new-style spear.
1. In the 4th month of Bunsei 2, Year of the Rabbit (1819), he was appointed to the temporary position of inspector (metsuke).

1. In the 10th month of Bunsei 5, Year of the Horse (1822), he went up to Edo for guard duty service and returned down in the 4th month of the following Year of the Sheep as part of the lord's retinue.
