御祖皇大神(下社) 栲幡千々姫(たくはたちちひめ)

**[Right folio]**
Sawada Daimyōjin Futodama no Mikoto
Ujigami Daimyōjin Ōmononushi no Kami [In ancient times, the Hōribe clan became the Kamo clan and enshrined the deity of Hiyoshi. See the genealogies, etc.]
Mioya Kōtaijin (Lower Shrine) Takuhata Chichihime
Kawai Shrine (called Naka-Kamo) Emperor Jinmu [Per the transmission of Yasutomi no Ason. Not found in Munenao's transmission.]
Matsunoo Daimyōjin Hikohohode mi no Mikoto
Tanao Daimyōjin Konohanasakuya-hime
Regarding both the Wakeikazuchi no Ōkami (Kamo) and Kawai shrines: this derives from the transmission of Tsuchimikado Hyōbu-no-Shōyū Yasutomi no Ason. Permission was granted after many years of requesting it. However, this was permitted only because (the recipient) is of the Kamo clan; it is absolutely not to be granted to those of other clans. This is a matter of the utmost secrecy, a profound secret within extreme secrets.
Per the transmission of Agatanonushi Munenao
**[Left folio]**
Transmitted from the Head of the Main Shrine to the Tanao Shrine:
On the twenty-fourth day of the fourth month of Genroku 3, Kōgo year (1690), at the御札屋 (ofudaya, the amulet office): Kai no Kami Michinao and Fukuchidayū Narimuné received the transmission simultaneously.
The above deity names (divine appellations) are those received in transmission by Narimune. Although there exists a scroll (makimono) containing them, this copy is being made anew and set aside for reference.
Written in the middle of the fifth month of Tenmei 6, Hinoe-Uma year (1786).
