【右丁】
これは（氏門に）伝来する秘密の口訣（くけつ）である。たとえ氏門の人であっても、いやしくもその（器の）人でなければ、授けてはならない。よくよく慎んで、怠ることなかれ。よってここに誌（しる）す。

この両部（の写本）は、元文三年（1738年）戌午（つちのえうま）正月二十六日に、清茂潮翁（せいもちょうおう）より伝授を蒙り、許可を得て書写させていただいたものである。
従四位下 賀茂県主 言直（ときなお）
天明六（1786年）丙午（ひのえうま）年三月上旬に書写了。

This is the secret oral formula (*kuketsu*) that has been transmitted [within the clan]. Even if a person belongs to the clan (*uji-mon*), unless they are truly a person of [proper caliber and qualification], it must not be transmitted to them. Be deeply mindful of this and do not grow negligent. Recorded herewith.

These two [manuscripts] were transmitted to [me] by the venerable elder Kiyoshige-Chōō (*Seimo Chōō*) on the Twenty-Sixth Day of the First Month of Genbun 3 [1738], the Year of the Earth-Horse (*tsuchinoe-uma*), and with his permission, I had them copied.
