【右丁】
一、貞享三年（寅年）三月、外様組付を仰せ付けられ、神保六左衛門組に入り、御城御番を相勤めた。
一、元禄三年（午年）七月、狂病（精神疾患）により御擬作（仮禄）を召し上げられ、兄・半右衛門にお預けとなった。
但し、その後、願いの通り御暇（暇）を下し置かれ、御国（会津）を退去した。

節（際）に、分知百石を下し置かれ、外様組付を仰せ付けられ、神保茂左衛門組に入り、御城御番を相勤めた。
一、同（元禄）十年（丑年）九月、江戸へ勤番として罷り登り、一陣を相勤め罷り下った。
一、寛永四年（亥年）五月、河西作野右衛門の上ヶ屋敷を下し置かれた。
一、正徳三年（巳年）八月、上（藩主）より、兄・半右衛門の嫡子に仰せ付けられた。
但し、親の願いの通り、只今まで下し置かれた御知行（以下続く）

- In the 3rd month of Jōkyō 3 (Year of the Tiger), he was appointed to the Tozama-gumi (outer retainer unit) and assigned to the unit of Jinbo Rokuzaemon, where he served as a castle guard (御城御番).
- In the 7th month of Genroku 3 (Year of the Horse), due to mental illness (狂病), his provisional stipend (擬作) was confiscated, and he was placed under the custody of his elder brother, Hanemon.
- Note: Thereafter, as requested, he was granted leave (御暇) and withdrew from the domain (Aizu).

- In the 9th month of the same 10th year [Genroku 10] (Year of the Ox), he traveled up to Edo for duty rotation (勤番), served one term (一陣), and returned to the domain.
- In the 5th month of Kan'ei 4 (Year of the Boar), he was granted the upper residence (上ヶ屋敷) of Kawanishi Sakunoemon.
- In the 8th month of Shōtoku 3 (Year of the Snake), by order of the lord (上), he was appointed as the heir (嫡子) of his elder brother Hanemon.
