玉麟院様の御産母としてお下げ渡しいただいた。
享保十（巳）年九月二十三日、三十三歳にて病死。法名は量寿院釈尼慈鏡、導師は無量山長命寺、葬所は大窪山。
妾：氏不詳
一、正徳三（巳）年八月、上より兄・半右衛門の嫡子に仰せ付けられ、これまで下し置かれた御知行百石は、願いの通り召し上げられ、御番代を仰せ付けられ、原田伊予組へ入り、御城御番を相勤めた。
一、同年十月、江戸へ勤番のため上り、翌

On the 23rd day of the 9th month of Kyōhō 10 (Year of the Snake), she died of illness at the age of 33. Her posthumous Buddhist name (法名) was Ryōjuin Shakuni Jikyō; the officiating priest was from Muryōzan Chōmyōji Temple; and her burial site was Ōkuboyama.

- In the 8th month of Shōtoku 3 (Year of the Snake), by order from above, he was appointed as the heir (嫡子) of his elder brother Hanemon. The stipend of 100 koku that had previously been granted to him was, as requested, confiscated, and he was appointed to御番代 (alternate guard duty), assigned to Harada Iyo's unit, and served as castle guard (御城御番).

- In the 4th month of Kyōhō 3 (Year of the Dog), he traveled to Edo in attendance [upon the lord] for guard duty (勤番), and served as acting messenger (仮御使役) during the journey, returning in the 10th month of the same year.
- In the 6th month of the same 4th year (Year of the Boar), his father Hanemon was ordered by the lord to retire (隠居), and he succeeded to the family headship, inheriting the full stipend of 1,200 koku without reduction.
