- In the 4th month of the same year, he traveled to Edo for guard service (勤番), and returned in the 10th month of the same year.
- Note: During the aforementioned period of service, he was additionally appointed as a courier officer (御使番定加).
- In the 2nd month of Genbun 1 (Year of the Dragon), he succeeded to the family headship (家督), and of the hereditary stipend of 1,200 koku, 1,000 koku was granted to him, and he was assigned to the Muryaku-gumi (no-duty unit).
