一、寛保元（酉）年八月、御上京につき御上下共に御供をつとめ、同十月に下った。

- In the 1st month of the same 2nd year (Year of the Snake), he was appointed as a messenger officer (御使番).
- In the 9th month of the same year, he traveled to Edo for guard service (勤番), and returned in the 3rd month of the following year (Year of the Horse).
- In the 11th month of the same 4th year (Year of the Sheep), he was appointed as an envoy (御使い) to Edo and traveled there.
- In the 8th month of Kanpō 1 (Year of the Rooster), on the occasion of [the lord's] journey to Kyoto, he served as an attendant both on the way up and back, and returned in the 10th month of the same year.
- In the 9th month of the same 2nd year (Year of the Dog), he traveled up [to Edo] for guard service as part of the lord's entourage, and returned in the 4th month of the following year of the Boar as part of the lord's escort.

- In the 2nd month of Enkyō 1 (Year of the Rat), he was appointed as a Sōjaban (御奏者番; a senior official overseeing ceremonial procedures).
- In the 3rd month of the same year, he traveled up [to Edo] for guard service as part of the lord's entourage, and returned in the 10th month of the same year.
- Note: Upon returning at the conclusion of his guard service, he was granted a set of formal garments (御上下) as a customary reward (定和之拝領物). Moreover, from this point forward, [such garments] were granted to him each time he completed guard duty.
- In the 9th month of the same 3rd year (Year of the Tiger), he traveled to Edo for guard service, and returned in the 3rd month of the following year of the Hare.
