現代語訳
最初に野母崎に碇を入れた際は、岐志浦の地方から一里程もあったでしょう。その場所では番船を付け置くことが困難であったため、岐志浦に漕ぎ寄せて地方から十町程の所に繋留し、番船を付け置きました。
一、地島から二十里余り南の方で唐津に相当する場所です。地島から岐志浦まで道程はおよそ二十里余りございます。地島より岐志浦は西南の間に当たります。岐志浦から唐津はなお西南の間に当たります。
一、その漂着した所は唐津境内でございます。
この唐船が漂着した岐志浦は中津御領に近くございます。姫島は岐志の沖にある島で、唐津御領に近くございます。
一、入念に番船を付け、御奉行からの指図がない内は出帆させないようにいたします。
但し、番船その他打払いの手当てに油断なく申し付けることは最もなことです。
その旨を承知いたしました。番船等は入念に付け置き申します。もっとも打払いの手当ても用意いたし置きます。
別紙御書付は左の通りです：
信牌もない場合で、唐人共が願い出て引き送ることについて、御奉行所で指図がない場合は、信牌がないことですから、前々の御書付の通り打払いを申すべきです。もっとも信牌を所持している場合は、御念を入れて奉行所へ

When they first anchored at Nomozaki, it was about one ri (league) from the Kishiura area. Since it was difficult to station guard ships at that location, they rowed to Kishiura and moored about ten chō from the shore, where guard ships were stationed.
1. This corresponds to a location about twenty ri south of Jishima, equivalent to Karatsu. The distance from Jishima to Kishiura is approximately twenty ri. Kishiura lies to the southwest of Jishima. Karatsu lies further to the southwest of Kishiura.

Kishiura, where this Chinese ship drifted ashore, is close to Nakatsu domain. Himeshima is an island off the coast of Kishi and is close to Karatsu domain.
