・同年八月、追鳥狩に罷り出て、一夜の宿陣をいたした件。
・同年九月、薬草植立方の任役を仰せ付けられ、御近習一ノ寄合席を下し置かれた件。
・同年十一月、先務（演習・出陣準備）の節、追鳥狩に罷り出て、列伍・足並みが宜しく揃い、運用が滞りなかった段、かねてより合隊稽古にも出精いたした儀である旨、思し召しの旨を仰せ出だされた件。
・同八（未）年十二月、諏方原（諏訪原）における人参植立の儀について、地所の見立てより始め、居方（居所・管理）を精々計らいいたしたことにより、御褒美として銀子三枚を下し置かれた件。
・同十一（戌）年十二月、諏方原人参計（かかり）の任役については、所入用無しのうえ、外拾組付きを仰せ付けられ、これまで出精して相勤めた段を仰せ出だされた。

· In the eighth month of the same year, he turned out for the Ōtorigari (a large-scale military exercise in the form of a hunt) and spent one night in camp.
· In the ninth month of the same year, he was appointed to the post of supervisor of medicinal herb cultivation (yakusō uetate-kata), and was granted the status of O-kinjū Ichi-no-yoriai-seki (a seat in the first-rank assembly of close attendants to the lord).
· In the eleventh month of the same year, during the period of preparatory duties (senmu), he turned out for the Ōtorigari, and it was proclaimed by the lord that his unit's formation and marching were in fine order, that operations proceeded without delay, and that he had long been diligent in combined unit training exercises.
· In the twelfth month of the same eighth year (Year of the Sheep), having begun from the surveying of the land for the cultivation of ginseng at Suwahara, and having diligently managed the site and its administration, he was granted three silver coins (ginshi) as a reward.
· In the twelfth month of the same eleventh year (Year of the Dog), regarding his appointment as supervisor of ginseng management at Suwahara, it was proclaimed that no further funding from the post's budget would be required, and he was additionally assigned to the Soto-Jūgumi (Outer Ten Companies). His diligent service up to this point was also commended.
Note: He entered the unit of Jinbo Kurannosuke and performed castle guard duties (o-shiro o-ban).
