この度、野呂川の御材木に関わる御出役様からお召しがあり、出向いたところ、御山の御境界の絵図面を作成するよう仰せつけられ、帰村いたしました。これには費用等もかかる件につき、昨日十六日に村中が集まり、右のお召しの趣旨を申し聞かせ、その上で費用等の相談をし、併せて御絵図面を仰せつけられた件等を申し聞かせたところ、村中の総代として惣兵衛、平九郎、彦右衛門の三人が、この度御絵図面を差し出すとしても、御立山の件は特に隣村まで関わる件につき、村方役人中が印形（署名捺印）をすることは、あまりに恐れ入る件と存じます、右につき印形をすることはご容赦くださいますよう願い上げますと申し出ましたので、役人共は御請書まで差し上げ
