会議所において翌1870年に諸国の費用を予め算定するに、年間5,600万元なり。その中でプロイセン国は3,900万元を負担し、残余は皆他の諸国の費用なり。1869年国費の総計は7,273万4,601ターレルにして、即ち大凡そ5,455万950元とす。これをもって平常および非常の分給を為すこと左の如し。

At the parliamentary assembly, when calculating in advance the expenses of the various states for the following year of 1870, the annual amount comes to 56 million yuan. Of this, Prussia bears 39 million yuan, and the remainder constitutes the expenses of all the other states. The total national expenses for 1869 amounted to 72,734,601 thalers, which is approximately 54,550,950 yuan. The allocation for regular and extraordinary expenditures using this amount is as follows:
