曲極上手（きよくらくじやうづ）は妻房（さいぼう）むちや
如来（にょらい）のおん膝（ひざ）もゝにして
戀（れん）じやう美開（びかい）のうちに
あり諸十（しよしう）はうのすぼけ
黒（こく）びやく長（ちやう）たんのふまらん
かん爰（こゝ）にいます
玉茎（まら）かんこの
美開（びかい）を出（しゆつ）
入（にう）すれば
玉門（ぼゝ）さつ
ひやうしを
とりて音楽（おんがく）を
奏（そう）するの声（こゑ）をはつし尻（しり）を
左右へくる〳〵舞（ま）ひをなす連座（れんざ）の
三（み）ツぶとんあたゝかく
して舩（ふね）ぞこの枕（まくら）
諸はんの期（ご）をしめす尻（しり）とりの鳥（とり）
フンスウの花（はな）いきにさへずり居茶（ゐぢや）うすの貝（かひ）
淫水（いんすい）のなみにしつむ四ツにはひ立（たち）であはせて
婬心勃起（いんしんぼつき）の玉茎（たまぐき）を根（ね）までずほりとはめられませう

現代語訳
**曲極上手（きょくらくじょうず）の図**
【本文】
曲極上手は妻房無著如来のお膝股にして、恋情美開の内にあり。諸十方のすぼけ、黒白長短の袴らんかん、ここにいます。玉茎観音のこの美開を出入すれば、玉門薩、拍子を取りて音楽を奏するの声を発し、尻を左右へくるくると舞いをなす。連座の三つ蒲団暖かくして、船底の枕、諸般の期を示す。尻取りの鳥、フンスウの花息にさえずり、居茶臼の貝、淫水の波に沈む。四つん這いで立って合わせて、淫心勃起の玉茎を根まで、ずぼりとはめられましょう。

「泡持ちほどに慣れたお万個の曲取りはこれでございます。秘かいの根拠を親かしあって、お試しなさいませ」

「枕が外れる時、曲楽どころではない。地獄落としにかかったようなものだから、気をつけてゆるゆると腰を使っておくんなさいよう」

**Illustration of the Master of Musical Pleasure**
【Main Text】
The Master of Musical Pleasure is at the knee-thighs of the Tathagata of the Wife's Chamber Without Attachment, within the beautiful opening of passionate love. The fools of all ten directions, the long and short hakama of black and white, reside here. When the Jade Stem Kannon enters and exits this beautiful opening, the jade gate bodhisattva takes the rhythm and emits sounds of playing music, moving the buttocks left and right in a whirling dance. The three futons in the sitting circle are warm, and the pillow at the bottom of the ship indicates the appointed time for all matters. The bird of word-play chirps in the breathing of flowers, and the shell of the tea mortar sinks in the waves of lustful water. Getting on all fours and joining together, the jade stem of aroused lustful heart shall be thrust in deeply to the root.
