弐石被下置候事
一 享和元酉年八月此度樋口十太夫
為勤番江戸表罷登諸向御分規并
不時入方《見せ消ち：等｜打》結之儀吟味取計候ニ付江戸
表へ罷登右御用相勤候様被 仰付罷登
翌戌四月御用相済罷下候
但出起之節御徒目付仮役被 仰付女中へ
附添罷登候事
一 同年十月此度女中へ附添無滞江戸
表へ罷登候ニ付為御褒美金弐分御内々
被下置候事
一 同二戌年八月元〆方御常用繰合《割書：方カ｜虫食》
筋宜取計且江戸表へも罷登御分規
調等出精相勤候ニ付只今迄之御役料之
外ニ壱人扶持御役料被下置候事
一 同月元〆御常用懸之儀江戸会津御用
筋貫通之ため当秋勤番ゟ御分規方之
者と双方内込勤番相勤候様被 仰付同
九月出起罷登候処病気ニ付願之上翌未

二石を下し置かれ候事
一 享和元酉年八月 この度樋口十太夫が勤番として江戸表に罷り登り、諸向御分規並びに不時入方結びの儀を吟味取り計らい候に付き、江戸表へ罷り登り右御用相勤め候様仰せ付けられ罷り登り、翌戌四月御用相済み罷り下り候
但し出立の節、御徒目付仮役を仰せ付けられ、女中へ附き添い罷り登り候事
一 同年十月 この度女中へ附き添い滞りなく江戸表へ罷り登り候に付き、御褒美として金二分を御内々に下し置かれ候事
一 同二戌年八月 元締方御常用繰合方を宜しく取り計らい、かつ江戸表へも罷り登り御分規調等に出精相勤め候に付き、只今までの御役料の外に一人扶持御役料を下し置かれ候事
一 同月 元締御常用懸の儀、江戸会津御用筋貫通のため、当秋勤番より御分規方の者と双方内込勤番相勤め候様仰せ付けられ、同九月出立罷り登り候処、病気に付き願いの上、翌未正月罷り下り候事
英語訳
two koku of rice were granted to him.
• Kyōwa 1st year, Tori cycle (1801), 8th month: This time, when Higuchi Jūdayū went up to Edo as duty officer to examine and manage various regulatory affairs and extraordinary revenue matters, he was ordered to go to Edo to perform these duties. He went up and completed his duties, returning in the 4th month of the following Inu year.
Note: At the time of departure, he was appointed as temporary assistant foot inspector and accompanied the court ladies on their journey.
• Same year, 10th month: For accompanying the court ladies to Edo without incident, he was privately granted two bu of gold as a reward.
• Same 2nd year, Inu cycle (1802), 8th month: For skillfully managing the chief administrator's regular coordination duties and for diligently performing regulatory coordination work during his trips to Edo, he was granted one person's stipend as official salary in addition to his current salary.
• Same month: Regarding the chief administrator's regular duties, in order to ensure smooth communication of official business between Edo and Aizu, he was ordered to serve joint internal duty shifts with personnel from the regulatory department starting from the autumn duty rotation. He departed in the same year's 9th month, but due to illness, he petitioned and returned in the 1st month of the following Hitsuji year.
