一 同三亥年八月当秋勤番当然御供ニ候間
江戸表米金出入差引相伺廻米受払ハ
勿論御扶持蔵受払之廉共々ニ以来会津ニ而
握りニ相成候■江戸廻米方大賄役へも得与
致熟談取調罷下候様依之当秋御勤番中
廻米役人被 仰付江戸表御常用金之儀も
繰込者等始品々入組候差引候得ハ御常用金銭之

久保田へも立寄廻米方差引吟味仕

現代語訳
一 同三亥年八月 当秋勤番当然御供に候間、江戸表米金出入差引相伺い、廻米受払いは勿論、御扶持蔵受払いの廉共々に、以来会津にて握りに相成り候■、江戸廻米方大賄役へも得与致し熟談取調罷り下り候様、これに依り当秋御勤番中廻米役人を仰せ付けられ、江戸表御常用金の儀も繰込者等始め品々入組み候差引候得ば、御常用金銭の■をもここ元差引の■へ相叶い候様取調差し下すべき旨仰せ付けられ、同十月出立、白河・阿久津・久保田へも立寄り廻米方差引吟味仕り、翌子三月罷り下り候事

• Same 3rd year, Boar cycle (1803), 8th month: As he was naturally to accompany [his lord] during the autumn duty rotation, he was ordered to inquire about rice and money transactions in Edo, and regarding the receipt and payment of circulating rice as well as stipend warehouse transactions, all of which would henceforth be managed from Aizu. He was to hold thorough discussions with the head provisioning officer of the Edo rice circulation department and investigate matters before returning. Accordingly, he was appointed as rice circulation officer during the autumn duty period. Since the management of regular funds in Edo involved complex transactions with various inclusion personnel and others, he was ordered to investigate and report how the regular funds could be coordinated with local financial management. He departed in the same year's 10th month, stopping at Shirakawa, Akutsu, and Kubota to examine rice circulation accounts, and returned in the 3rd month of the following Rat year.
• Same year, 10th month: He was ordered to serve jointly in loan administration duties.
• Bunka 2nd year, Ox cycle (1805), 8th month: As there was official business requiring the investigation of regulatory matters in Edo, he was ordered to go up to Edo for examination. He departed and went up in the same month.
• Same year, 12th month: For his diligent service over many years, including his recent trip to Edo to investigate regulatory matters and his skillful management of rice circulation surplus grain accounting, he was granted a special promotion in seating rank above the meal administration reform.
