一 同年四月此度吟味懸払方被相止
御納戸一纏被 仰付候ニ付而ハ御納戸
払へ罷出金銭渡方寛怠ハ勿論手
形究方并御勘定兼方等始任相勤候様
尤本務御用筋之儀も是迄之通相勤候
様被 仰付候事
一 同年六月両御納戸当座仮役被
仰付候事
一 同四卯年三月本途御納戸役被
仰付御役料弐石壱人扶持只今迄之
通被下置候
但本途御納戸役之儀是迄小役御
納戸役之次ニ被成置候処以来本途小
役席打込先輩次第ニ被 仰付候

仮役被 仰付此度蝦夷地へ被差越候
御人数一同被差遣候間浅羽仁右衛門江
申談米銭出納之儀宜取計候様被

現代語訳
一 同年四月 この度吟味懸払方を相止められ、御納戸一纏を仰せ付けられ候につきては、御納戸払いへ罷り出で金銭渡し方寛怠は勿論、手形究方並びに御勘定兼方等始め任じ相勤め候様、もっとも本務御用筋の儀もこれまでの通り相勤め候様仰せ付けられ候事
一 同年六月 両御納戸当座仮役を仰せ付けられ候事
一 同四卯年三月 本途御納戸役を仰せ付けられ、御役料弐石壱人扶持只今までの通り下し置かれ候
但し本途御納戸役の儀、これまで小役御納戸役の次に成し置かれ候処、以来本途小役席打込み先輩次第に仰せ付けられ候事
一 同年十一月 本務ながら相勤め、御勘定頭仮役を仰せ付けられ、この度蝦夷地へ差し越され候御人数一同を差し遣わされ候間、浅羽仁右衛門江申し談じ米銭出納の儀宜しく取計らい候様仰せ付けられ候事

• Same year, 4th month: The investigative accounting duties were terminated, and he was appointed to treasury administration. In this capacity, he was ordered to attend to treasury disbursements, ensuring no negligence in money transfers, investigating promissory notes, serving as assistant accounting officer, and other duties, while also continuing his original official duties as before.
• Same year, 6th month: He was appointed as temporary officer for both treasury departments.
• Same 4th year, Rabbit cycle (1807), 3rd month: He was appointed to regular treasury officer position, with an official stipend of 2 koku and provisions for one person, continued as before.
Note: Regarding the regular treasury officer position, which had previously been placed next to the minor treasury officer position, henceforth regular and minor positions would be integrated, with appointments made according to seniority.
• Same year, 11th month: While continuing his regular duties, he was appointed as temporary head accountant. As personnel were being dispatched to Ezo (Hokkaido), he was ordered to consult with Asaba Jin'emon and properly manage the disbursement of rice and money.
