　　を以御近習一ノ寄合ニ被成下銀子三枚被
　　下置候旨被　仰付候事
一　同九申年二月廻米取計方之儀古
　　復被　仰付且当年ハ増繰出も在之
　　候ニ付而は右道中筋致出役運送
　　果敢行方を始凡而取計筋取究候
　　様被　仰付同三月出起同四月罷
　　帰候事
一　同年五月新潟廻米多分被増彼
　　地払米等も有之候ニ付而ハ急ニ致出役

　　宜取計候様被　仰付同五月出起新

　　殿様当秋　御入部被遊候御振合
　　ニ相成候へ者不少御入方在之儀ニ候依而は
　　内藤弥藤左衛門方ゟ調達不致候而ハ
　　相成間敷候間仕度調次第急速罷登
　　右調達之儀宜申談且江戸表向之御役
　　方不少儀ニ候処此節ゟ御入方往々御規ニも
　　相成御大切成儀ニ候間直ニ当暮迄罷在

現代語訳

を以て御近習一の寄合に成し下され、銀子三枚下し置かれ候旨仰せ付けられ候事

一　同九申年二月　廻米取り計らい方の儀、復古仰せ付けられ、かつ当年は増繰出しもこれあり候につきては、右道中筋出役致し、運送果敢に行い方を始め、凡そ取り計らい筋取り究め候様仰せ付けられ、同三月出立、同四月罷り帰り候事

一　同年五月　新潟廻米多分増やされ、彼の地払米等もこれあり候につきては、急に出役致し、よろしく取り計らい候様仰せ付けられ、同五月出立、新潟へ罷り越し、同七月罷り帰り候事

一　同十酉年三月
殿様当秋御入部遊ばされ候御振合いに相成り候えば、不少の御入方これある儀に候。これによりては内藤弥藤左衛門方より調達致さずしては相成るまじく候間、仕度調い次第急速に罷り登り、右調達の儀よろしく申し談じ、かつ江戸表向きの御役方不少の儀に候処、この節より御入方往々御規にも相成り、御大切なる儀に候間、直ちに当暮まで罷り在り

• Same year, 5th month: The rice shipments to Niigata were greatly increased, and there were also rice payments at that location, so he was urgently ordered to serve on duty and manage matters well. He departed in the same 5th month, traveled to Niigata, and returned in the same 7th month.

• Same 10th year, Rooster cycle (1813), 3rd month:
Since His Lordship will enter the domain this autumn, there will be considerable financial requirements for this occasion. Therefore, funds must be procured from Naito Yatōzaemon, and as soon as preparations are ready, he should quickly go to Edo to discuss these procurement matters properly. Moreover, while the official duties in Edo are substantial, from this time forward the financial inflows will gradually become regulated and are of great importance, so he should remain there directly until the end of this year.
