御操#1合方勿論御省略筋并廻米取締
之儀ともニ宜取計候様尤最所ゟ貫
不相勤候而ハ御用弁ニも不相成義ニ候間
四五日中ニも出起罷登候様被
仰付候
但此節内藤弥籐左衛門方ゟ五千両
借受候事
一 同年八月暫之内常詰被 仰付数
年精出宜相勤廻米之儀大振成取
計ニ候処仕居ニ相成尤須ケ川調達金
等精々相尽旁功作格別之訳を以只
今迄之通御役料弐石壱人扶持へ壱石
御添御加増ニ御直被下置候
但右ニ付家内為同道罷下候筈之処
斎藤清右衛門内藤弥籐左衛門方御借金
対談御用ニ付不時ニ被差登候間差扣
候様被 仰付同十一月罷下候事
一 同年十二月会津勝手御勘定頭被
仰付元〆方并御勘定方御用懸り被
仰付候事
現代語訳
御操合方はもちろん御省略筋並びに廻米取り締めの儀ともに宜しく取り計らい候様、最も初めより貫き勤めずしては御用弁にも相成らざる儀に候間、四五日中にも出立罷り登り候様仰せ付けられ候
但しこの節内藤弥藤左衛門方より五千両借り受け候事
一 同年八月 暫くの内常詰仰せ付けられ、数年精出し宜しく相勤め、廻米の儀大振りなる取り計らいに候処、仕居に相成り、最も須賀川調達金等精々相尽くし、ともに功作格別の訳を以て、只今までの通り御役料弐石壱人扶持へ壱石御添え御加増に御直に下し置かれ候
但し右につき家内同道の為罷り下り候筈の処、斎藤清右衛門・内藤弥藤左衛門方御借金対談御用につき不時に差し登られ候間、差し控え候様仰せ付けられ、同十一月罷り下り候事
一 同年十二月 会津勝手御勘定頭仰せ付けられ、元締方並びに御勘定方御用掛り仰せ付けられ候事

Financial coordination matters, as well as economizing measures and rice circulation supervision, should all be managed well. Most importantly, without diligent service from the beginning, official duties cannot be fulfilled, so he was ordered to depart and travel up to the capital within four or five days.
Note: At this time, 5,000 ryō were borrowed from Naito Yatōzaemon's side.
• Same year, 8th month: He was ordered to serve as regular attendant for a while. Having worked diligently for several years and managed rice circulation affairs on a large scale, he achieved great results. Most notably, having exhausted all efforts regarding Sukagawa procurement funds and other matters, due to his exceptional achievements, in addition to his current stipend of 2 koku and provisions for one person, he was directly granted an increase of 1 koku.
Note: Regarding the above, his family was supposed to accompany him when he went down, but since Saito Seizaemon and Naito Yatōzaemon were unexpectedly summoned for loan negotiations, he was ordered to postpone and went down in the 11th month.
• Same year, 12th month: He was appointed as head of Aizu domain financial accounting and was assigned duties overseeing general administration and accounting affairs.
