一 同年九月 改名御勘定組頭と仰せ出だされ、勤方の儀はこれまでの通り成し置かれ之旨仰せ聞かせられ候事
一 同十三子年正月 御借金方御用につき江戸表へ差し登らせられ候間、急速登らせられ候様仰せ付けられ、罷り登り候事
一 同月 御借金方御用につき江戸表へ度々差し登らせられ、合方等精々相尽くし、且つ御内証方御規則相立てられ候につき、密事取調物をも出精致し勤労候につき、御褒美として麻御上下の代晒一反下し置かれ候事
一 同年三月 病気につき願いの上罷り下り候事
一 同年四月朔日 五十歳にて病死、法名要道院立徳日成居士、葬所同上

Having exhausted all efforts in financial coordination and having established internal regulations, and having worked diligently on confidential investigative matters, he was rewarded with one tan of bleached cloth in place of hemp formal attire.
• Same year, 3rd month: He returned home upon request due to illness.
• Same year, 4th month, 1st day: He died of illness at age 50. Buddhist name: Yōdōin Rittoku Nissei Koji. Burial site: same as above.
