一 寛保二年戌年（1742年）六月、並の御擬作を下し置かれ、御徒に仰せ付けられた件
「宝暦七年丑年（1757年）十二月二十八日、桑田権治は御徒仮目付に仰せ付けられ、本役同様に滞りなく相勤めたことにより、金一分を御褒美として下し置かれた件」【赤字】
一 宝暦九年卯年（1759年）正月十六日、四十四歳にて病死、法名顔誉良光信士、葬所は同上
