一 同十一年辰年（1761年）六月、並の御擬作を下し置かれ、御徒に仰せ付けられた件
一 安永八年亥年（1779年）十月、三石一人扶持の御役料を下し置かれ、御徒目付に仰せ付けられた件
一 寛政四年子年（1792年）十二月、御役料のうち一石一人扶持を御加増に御直しを下し置かれた件
一 同五年丑年（1793年）八月八日、五十一歳にて病死、法名声岸法道居士、葬所は同上
