一 同月、御内証方並びに稽古掛り御用を相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた件

一 文化元年子年（1804年）二月、地志方御用を相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた件
一 同二年丑年（1805年）十二月、去年中より地志方御用を仰せ付け置かれたところ、右以前の奉行所が相止められ一纏まりとなり、別して御用が繫多のところ、精出して相勤めたことにつき、御褒美として金三百疋を下し置かれた件
一 同四年卯年（1807年）四月、精出して相勤めたことにつき、御用所役人に仰せ付けられ、かつ御雇御用をもこれまでの通り相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた件
一 同年九月、本郷原ならし馬揃の節に罷り出た件
一 同六年巳年（1809年）七月、新編会津風土記取調方の儀、最初より懸りにて精出し、下寄並びに郡村寺社の事出方始め宜しく吟味に及んだ件
