陣中無滞精出相勤候ニ付為御
褒美銀子弐枚被下置候事
一 同年九月当番相除キ密事取
調相勤候様尤懸り御用ハ相勤候様

現代語訳
陣中で滞りなく精出して相勤めたことにつき、御褒美として銀子弐枚を下し置かれた件
一 同年九月、当番を相除き、密事取調を相勤めるよう、もっとも懸り御用は相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた件
一 同年十二月、精出して相勤め、懸り御用に心を付けて相勤め、かつ去秋より追々詰越勤番等につき、別して勤労を致したことにつき、格別の訳をもって、只今までの御役料壱石一人扶持を御加増に御直に下し置かれた件
一 同十一戌年（1814年）正月、勤番の節、御目見御用任役を精出して相勤めたことにつき、御褒美として銀子弐枚を下し置かれた件
