事
一 同年七月御内証懸り御用ニ付此
節不時ニ江戸表へ被差登候当暮迄罷
在右御用取調相済次第罷下候様
尤此度沢田新右衛門暫之内常詰
被 仰付候ニ付而ハ右罷在候内勤番
之願ニ心得相勤候様被 仰付候事
一 同年閏八月仲ケ間人少ニ而取込候
上被賞方吟味ニ付而ハ別而繁多之処
出精宜相勤候ニ付為御褒美銀子壱
枚被下置候事
一 同年十二月陣中精出相勤且当
勤番之義当前ニも無之候処不時ニ
被差登候上陣数相勤候儀ニ候間

一 同十四丑年二月先達而詰越勤番
三陣相勤去年中又々不時ニ差
登其上詰越をも致諸費も在之難義
可致由ニ而金三両被下置候事
現代語訳
事
一 同年七月、御内証懸り御用につき、この節不時に江戸表へ差し登らされ、当暮まで罷在し、右御用取調相済み次第罷下るよう、もっともこの度沢田新右衛門暫くの内常詰を仰せ付けられることにつき、右罷在する内、勤番の願に心得て相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた件
一 同年閏八月、仲ケ間人少にて取込む上、被賞方吟味につき別して繁多のところ、出精よく相勤めたことにつき、御褒美として銀子壱枚を下し置かれた件
一 同年十二月、陣中精出して相勤め、かつ当勤番の義、当前にもこれなきところ、不時に差し登らされた上、陣数を相勤めた儀につき、ともに格別に御褒美として銀子三枚を下し置かれた件
一 同十四丑年（1817年）二月、先達て詰越勤番三陣を相勤め、去年中又々不時に差し登り、その上詰越をも致し、諸費もこれあり難義を致すべき由にて、金三両を下し置かれた件
英語訳
- Same year, 7th month: For confidential official duties, was unexpectedly ordered to go up to Edo at this time, to remain there until the end of the year, and to return after completing the investigation of said duties. Since Sawada Shinuemon was temporarily ordered to constant attendance during this time, was ordered to serve with understanding of guard duty requests during his stay
- Same year, intercalary 8th month: Since the staff at Nakagama was short-handed and busy, and the investigation of rewards was particularly demanding, for excellent diligent service, awarded one silver piece as a reward
- Same year, 12th month: For diligent service in the military camp, and since the current guard duty was unprecedented and he was unexpectedly ordered to go up to Edo and served multiple tours of duty, for all these reasons as special consideration, awarded three silver pieces as a reward
- Same 14th year, Year of the Ox (1817), 2nd month: Having previously served three tours of extended guard duty, and again being unexpectedly ordered up last year, and furthermore performing extended duty with various expenses incurred causing financial difficulty, awarded three ryō of gold
