御用向最初より出精相勤於彼地
ニ差上望をもいたし御用弁ニも

格別之訳を以是迄被下置候弐百
石を本知ニ被成下元〆方調達方勤ニ
被 召出御通年割ニ而席廻米

免許となる旨を仰せ出された事
一 享和三年（亥年）三月、親の願いの通り御用達頭取を免許され、二百石渡り百十人扶持を下し置かれ、帯刀・高足ともに免許され、元締方御用達頭取を仰せ付けられ、塚原佐次右衛門と同席にて御目見えを仰せ付けられ、親の和右衛門に下し置かれていた手代扶持のうち五人扶持を減らし、五人分を下し置かれた事
一 文化二年（丑年）十二月、手代扶持五人扶持を増やされ、十人扶持に成し下し置かれた事
一 同十年（酉年）九月、相州御陣屋内の御用向きを最初から出精して相勤め、彼の地において差し上げ望みをもいたし、御用弁にも相成り、かつ親の和右衛門の代から引き通し元締方御用向きを出精し、功績もこれ有り候につき、ともに格別の訳をもってこれまで下し置かれていた二百石を本知に成し下され、元締方調達方勤めに召し出され、御通年割にて席廻米

One: In the 3rd month of Kyōwa 3 (year of the Boar), in accordance with his adoptive father's petition, he was granted the position of goyōtashi-gashira (chief procurement officer), awarded 200 koku stipend with 110 nin-buchi (personal attendant allowances), granted both sword-bearing and high footwear privileges, appointed to the position of motoshime-gata goyōtashi-gashira (chief procurement officer of the accounting department), granted audience with the lord alongside Tsukahara Sajiemon in the same seating arrangement, and from the clerk allowances that had been granted to his adoptive father Waemon, five nin-buchi were reduced and five portions were granted to him.
One: In the 12th month of Bunka 2 (year of the Ox), his clerk allowances were increased by five nin-buchi, making it ten nin-buchi in total.
One: In the 9th month of the same 10th year (year of the Rooster), he diligently performed his official duties at the Sōshū jinya (administrative office in Sagami Province) from the beginning, expressed his aspirations at that location, also served in administrative capacity, and continuing from his adoptive father Waemon's time, he worked diligently in motoshime-gata official duties with notable achievements. Therefore, for these exceptional reasons, the 200 koku that had been granted to him was made his permanent stipend, he was summoned to serve in the motoshime-gata chōtatsu-gata (accounting and procurement department), and [received] seki-mawari-mai (rotation rice allowance) according to the regular annual allocation
