但御用達頭取之義ハ忰常五郎義
是迄平七郎へ被下置候百拾人
扶持手代扶持拾人分都合百弐

御目見被 仰付帯刀高足ともニ

荷頭の次に成し下し置かれた
但し御用達頭取の義は息子常五郎の義について、これまで平七郎へ下し置かれていた百十人扶持、手代扶持十人分、都合百二十人扶持に成し下され、元締方御用達頭取を仰せ付けられ、塚原忠蔵と同席にて御目見えを仰せ付けられ、帯刀・高足ともに免許される旨を仰せ出された事
一 同十二年（亥年）正月、元締係り御勘定所小役人勤めをも兼ね相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事
一 同年五月、席を大賄役の次、御台所目付の上に成し下し置かれた事
一 文政二年（卯年）四月、調達方御用を出精して相勤め、この度会所御修復料備方については存じ寄りをも申し出で、ともに格別の訳をもって重義であるけれども独談を仰せ付けられる旨を仰せ出された事
一 同年十二月、御振合いにより転じられ、御家老附四之寄合組を仰せ付けられた事

However, regarding the position of goyōtashi-gashira (chief procurement officer), concerning his son Tsunegorō, the 110 nin-buchi that had been granted to Heishichirō up to this point, plus 10 portions of clerk allowances, totaling 120 nin-buchi were granted, he was appointed to motoshime-gata goyōtashi-gashira (chief procurement officer of the accounting department), granted audience with the lord alongside Tsukahara Chūzō in the same seating arrangement, and it was announced that both sword-bearing and high footwear privileges would be granted.
One: In the 1st month of the same 12th year (year of the Boar), he was ordered to also concurrently serve as a minor official in the motoshime-gakari gokanjōsho (accounting office under the supervision of the accounting department).
One: In the 5th month of the same year, his seating position was placed next to the ō-makanai-yaku (chief catering officer) and above the go-daidokoro-metsuke (kitchen inspector).
One: In the 4th month of Bunpolitics 2 (year of the Rabbit), he diligently performed his duties in the chōtatsu-gata (procurement department), and regarding the funding preparations for the recent kaisho (meeting hall) repair expenses, he also presented his opinions, and for these exceptional reasons, although it was a matter of great importance, he was granted the privilege of dokudan (independent decision-making authority).
One: In the 12th month of the same year, due to personnel reshuffling, he was transferred and appointed to the go-karō-tsuki yon-no-yoriai-gumi (fourth council group attached to the senior councilors).
