現代語訳
【右丁】
節足並びに列伍の次第がよく相揃い、兼ねてから内稽古等に精出していた故の義であると思し召される旨、相組一同に御称美を成し下された
但しこの後も御称美を成し下された事
一 同十一年（未）年十二月 親の願いの通り病身になり御奉公を勤めることが難しくなったため、退嫡を仰せ付けられた事

実は九兵衛直益の二男
妻 田原与五左衛門重矩の娘（天明元年丑年十一月二十八日誕生）
一 寛政十二年（申）年二月 親の願いの通り初めての御目見えを仰せ付けられた事
