一 享和元《割書：酉》年九月追鳥狩ニ付罷
出候
但此後弐度罷出候事
一 同年十一月当追鳥狩之節列伍
之次第足再#1進退等別而宜相揃四
隊聯属相応ニ有之畢竟致出精
候儀と被 思召之旨相組一同御称
美被成下候
但此後毎度御称美被成下候事

為御用罷越候ニ付 御目見被
仰付御流頂戴仕御酒被下置候事

番を相勤めた事
一 享和元年（酉）年九月 追鳥狩のため罷り出た
但しこの後二度罷り出た事
一 同年十一月 当追鳥狩の節、列伍の次第足並み進退等が別して良く相揃い、四隊の連属が相応にあり、畢竟精出した儀であると思し召される旨、相組一同に御称美を成し下された
但しこの後毎度御称美を成し下された事

一 文化五年（辰）年正月 蝦夷地御固めのための御用で罷り越すことになったため、御目見えを仰せ付けられ、御流を頂戴し御酒を下し置かれた事
【朱書】一 但し道中小荷駄差配を相勤めることになったため、費用補助として金一両を下し置かれた事
一 同年八月 蝦夷地から罷り帰ったため、旅服のまま御目見えを仰せ付けられた事
