妻 渡部類右衛門清信の女
寛延2年巳年3月1日、丹羽族の息子助之進の妻に手代木弥太郎の伯母の縁組を願い出て済んだと見受けられるが、書き出しがないため詳細不明である
一 寛保3年亥年8月、親の願いの通り初めてお目見えを仰せ付けられたこと
一 寛延元年辰年8月、親の願いの通り御番代を仰せ付けられ、猪苗代士を仰せ付けられたこと
一 寛延3年午年、跡式として御知行100石を無事相違なく下賜されたこと
