一 同年12月、願いの通り若松へ呼び戻され、外様組付を仰せ付けられ、加須屋五左衛門組へ入り、御城御番を勤めたこと
一 天明7年未年2月、組頭の加須屋五左衛門が隠居したため、跡の御役として沼沢九郎兵衛組に移ったこと
一 寛政元年酉年10月、組頭の沼沢九郎兵衛の御役が召し上げられたため、跡の御役として神保内蔵助組に移ったこと
一 寛政5年丑年8月、病気が重くなったため、弟の左仲を養子にしたい旨を願い出たところ、病死したため

死後に願いの通りにする旨を一類ともの方へ仰せ聞かされたこと
一 同年9月13日、40歳で病死。法名は実山常相居士。葬所は宝雲山大龍寺
