一 〔貞享〕並之御擬作二十五石四人扶持を下し置かれ、御供番に仰せ付けられた。
一 同二（丑）年四月、勤番のため江戸表へ罷り登り、同十月に罷り下った。
一 同三（寅）年三月、願いの通り御役を御免とされ、外様組付を仰せ付けられ、篠田半左衛門組へ入り、御城御番を相勤めた。
一 宝永元（申）年七月、頭・篠田半左衛門が御役を召し放たれたため、跡御役として大原左近右衛門組に罷り成った。

一 同二（酉）年八月、頭・大原左近右衛門が願いの通り御役御免となったため、跡御役として坂清左衛門組に罷り成った。
一 享保二（酉）年十二月、坂清左衛門が病死したため、跡御役として小原五郎右衛門組に罷り成った。
一 同十三（申）年正月、願いの通り、忰・覚馬に御番代を仰せ付けられた。
一 同二十（卯）年二月、番代の忰・覚馬が病死したため、甥・三宅小兵衛の弟・孫左衛門を養子にしたい旨、願いに任せられた。

One entry: \[In the 1st year of Jōkyō,\] he was granted a stipend of twenty-five *koku* of *gigi-saku* (*nami* rank) and a ration for four persons, and was appointed to the *oともban* (escort guard duty).
One entry: In the 2nd year of the same era (Year of the Ox), in the 4th month, he traveled up to Edo for *kinban* (rotational duty in Edo), and returned in the 10th month of the same year.
One entry: In the 3rd year of the same era (Year of the Tiger), in the 3rd month, he was relieved of his post as requested, was assigned to the *tozama-gumi* (outer retainer unit), entered the unit of Shinoda Hanzaemon, and performed castle guard duty (*oshiro goban*).
One entry: In the 7th month of the 1st year of Hōei (Year of the Monkey), as his unit commander (*kashira*) Shinoda Hanzaemon was dismissed from his post, he was transferred to the unit of Ōhara Sakon'emon as the successor unit assignment.

One entry: In the 12th month of the 2nd year of Kyōhō (Year of the Rooster), as Saka Seizaemon died of illness, he was transferred to the unit of Obara Gorōemon as the successor unit assignment.
One entry: In the 1st month of the 13th year of the same era (Year of the Monkey), as he had requested, his son Kakuma was appointed as his guard duty substitute (*goban-dai*).
