一 安永四（未）年十二月、「幾右衛門」と改名したい旨の願いが認められた事。
一 同五（申）年二月、頭（かしら）の田中加兵衛が御役替えになったにつき、後任の御役（組頭）は春日仁左衛門組となった事。
一 同九（子）年八月、親（父）の御擬作（ぎさく）のうち五石を減じた二十石・四人扶持を下し置かれ、召し出された事。
一 天明二（寅）年十月、御城御番を両年（二年間）引き続き一組で皆勤した趣が奇特（きとく）に思し召された旨、仰せ出された事。
一 同八（申）年五月十九日、五十二歳にて病死。法

One entry: In the 2nd month of the 5th year of the same era (Year of the Monkey), as his unit commander (*kashira*) Tanaka Kahei was reassigned to a different post (*oyakugae*), he consequently came under the command of Kasuga Jinzaemon's unit.
One entry: In the 8th month of the 9th year of the same era (Year of the Rat), out of his father's provisionally assessed stipend (*ogisaku*), [a stipend of] twenty *koku* and four persons' rations (*ninin-fuchi*) — reduced by five *koku* — was granted to him, and he was summoned into service (*meshidashi*).
One entry: In the 10th month of the 2nd year of Tenmei (Year of the Tiger), it was officially proclaimed that his conduct of performing continuous, uninterrupted castle guard duty (*oshiro goban*) for two full years with his entire unit was deemed especially admirable and praiseworthy.
One entry: On the 19th day of the 5th month of the 8th year of the same era (Year of the Monkey), he died of illness at the age of fifty-two. Buddhist posthumous name (*hōmyō*):
