一 同五（辰）年十二月、御家中の御免山〆り方を仰せ付けられた場所々々へ出役したにつき、格別に〆りにも相成り、暇な時の御用にも出精して勤めたにつき、御酒を下し置かれた事。
一 同十一（戌）年三月、倅（せがれ）辰之丞が先だって病死したにつき、若森源左衛門の養二男・左膳を婿養子にしたい旨の願いが認められた事。
一 同十二（亥）年六月二十四日、五十二歳にて病死。
法名：真広陰歓浄了喜居士 葬所は同上。

One entry: In the 12th month of the 5th year of the same era (Year of the Dragon), as he had been dispatched to the various locations assigned for the *gomen-yama shimari-kata* duties on behalf of the domain, he contributed to particularly strict enforcement of the restrictions, and also diligently performed duties during his off-hours; in recognition of this, he was bestowed with sake (*o-sake*) [as a reward].
One entry: In the 3rd month of the 11th year of the same era (Year of the Dog), as his son Tatsunosuke had previously died of illness, his petition to take Wakamori Genzaemon's second adopted son, Sazen, as his son-in-law and adopted heir (*muko-yōshi*) was granted.
One entry: On the 24th day of the 6th month of the 12th year of the same era (Year of the Boar), he died of illness at the age of fifty-two.
