御助勢毎年金三百六十五両ツヽ紀州大宮より已来之処御事ニ付

現代語訳
願いにより許容され相成り、都合六人新入、金二百疋宛を差し出され、もちろん講にも加入なり。落札は経良の処、経周困窮につき与奪云々。但し講の仕法は懸金だけ毎会落札十ヶ年六月、残人数はこれまた懸込みだけ金割■なり。夕刻相済み各退散、残銀は総て掛かり中の内にて貸付方取り計らい、仲間貸は一切停止なり。

Upon request, permission was granted, and in total six new members joined, each contributing 200 hiki of gold, and of course joining the association as well. The winning bid went to Kei-ryo's place, though there was discussion about Kei-shu's financial difficulties. However, the association's method is that only the contribution money is bid at each meeting for ten years and six months, and the remaining members also divide the money based only on their contributions. The evening session concluded and everyone dispersed. The remaining silver will be managed entirely by lending arrangements among the organizers, and all inter-member lending is suspended.
11th Month, Major
1st day, Tsuchinoto-mi, clear: There was a solar eclipse from the 5th hour of Hitsuji to the 5th hour of Saru, with seven-tenths coverage. The end-of-month ceremonies and the renewal festival at Kifune Shrine were conducted from before dawn until the eclipse, executed as in previous years. ○ Due to the solar eclipse, there were no court attendance duties. ○ For the 100th day memorial of Lord Hoshu-in, there was a visit to Tofuku-ji from the half-hour of U. Yasuda Ritoju, Murata Shunpo, myself, Mori-ji, Chosuke, Eijiro and others were assigned to temple duties. Kei-sen departed from home at the half-hour of Tora, was appointed to conduct the attached memorial service, and contributed three pieces of silver as the fee.
4th day, Mizunoe-saru, cloudy: The day before yesterday, the 2nd, was the winter solstice. ○ Today is the festival at Kasuga Shrine.
11th day, Tsuchinoto-u, overcast: For the daily visit to Kifune Shrine, it was Kei-kan's turn, but I requested Tei-sei to serve as substitute.
28th day, Hinoe-saru, clear and fine: For the visit to Shimogamo Shrine according to this month's rotation, after morning meal, Kei-sen and Nari-mi as substitute for Hitsu-ken made the pilgrimage. From Kawaramachi to Matsubara-cho, they reached Kawai Shrine and performed double obeisance at both levels of small shrines along the route. Upon reaching the main shrine, they performed double obeisance east and west at both levels of small shrines in order, then double obeisance at Hiiragi Shrine at both levels. After completing this and returning home, tomorrow the 29th there will be a special festival, so shrine visits will proceed as usual.
Among the various ceremonial items and tools left by the late Omandokoro Hoshu-in, several pieces and 300 pieces of white silver were presented. To Kei-sen were given one bolt of white habutae silk, five pieces of silver, and one additional piece. To Kei-ki and Kei-kei were given one bolt each of white bleached cloth, three pieces of silver, and one additional piece each. These were gratefully received. Furthermore, as financial support until this year, 365 ryo of gold annually had been provided from Kishu Omiya, but due to circumstances, from next year 200 ryo of gold annually will be provided from Lord Kii Ichii. It was stated that regardless of what circumstances may arise, this amount shall not be reduced - truly a matter of infinite value.
