天保十五甲辰年 正月大 元日戊辰晴氣候暖也四海静謐珍重々々御神事如例年也 ○御家門御祭堂御祝向手始一統御礼等如例年経千侍 初年ニ付熨斗目之下ニ着白衣列座之節帯小刀経紀経啓供奉 ニ参也 二日己巳晴年始末社被神社始如例了而在所令回礼経啓参社也 三日庚午晴経紀年始氏神社始参社如例也 五日壬申晴御領村役人共御礼参上如例年也○保子予侍列初年 ニ付奥向きヘ為御礼初而参 殿堀川壽光院兼而相頼透引尤同家 ニ而衣躰改着地黒掻取帯付被下ケ髪眉ヲ付被献上生鯛新 君方へ交有一折鯛鴨烏賊五益君方へ鮭焼文匣入上臈へ

天保十五甲辰年 正月大 元日戊辰晴れ 気候暖かなり 四海静謐珍重々々 御神事例年の如くなり ○御家門御祭堂御祝向手始一統御礼等例年の如く経千侍る 初年に付き熨斗目の下に白衣を着し列座の節帯刀し経紀経啓供奉に参るなり 二日己巳晴れ 年始末社へ神社始として例の如く了えて在所にて回礼を令し経啓参社するなり 三日庚午晴れ 経紀年始氏神社始参社例の如くなり 五日壬申晴れ 御領村役人共御礼参上例年の如くなり ○保子予侍列初年に付き奥向きへ御礼として初めて参る 殿堀川寿光院兼ねて相頼み透引もっともなり同家にて衣装改め着す 地黒掻取帯付け被下げ髪眉を付け献上品は生鯛新君方へ交えて有り一折鯛鴨烏賊五益君方へ鮭焼き文匣入り上臈へ

Tenpō 15, kinoe-tatsu year 1st month, long month 1st day, boshin, clear - The weather was warm. All four seas are peaceful and tranquil, most auspicious. The sacred rituals were conducted as in previous years. ○The ritual celebrations at the family shrine, New Year's felicitations, and unified ceremonies were conducted as in previous years, with Tsunechika in attendance. Being the first year [in his position], he wore white robes under his noshi-me formal wear, and during the seated ceremony he wore a sword at his side. Tsuneki and Tsunehiro participated in attendance. 2nd day, kimino-mi, clear - New Year visits to subsidiary shrines were completed as usual, and after finishing, courtesy visits were made locally, with Tsunehiro visiting the shrine. 3rd day, kanoe-uma, clear - Tsuneki made New Year visits to ancestral shrines as usual. 5th day, mizunoe-saru, clear - Village officials from the domain came to pay New Year respects as in previous years. ○Yasuko attended court for the first time this year to pay respects to the inner quarters. Lord Horikawa Jukōin had been consulted beforehand regarding the introduction, and at the same household her attire was changed - she wore a black kaidori with an obi, had her hair done down with painted eyebrows. Offerings included fresh sea bream for the new lord's quarters, one box containing sea bream, duck, and squid, five boxes for the lord's quarters, and grilled salmon in a document box for the high-ranking ladies.
