一、同八亥年（安永八年）九月、養父の実子卯蔵の義、幼年の節病身でございましたところ、今程病気が本復仕り候間、嫡子に仕度旨、願いを任された事
一、同年九月、二十七歳にて病死。法名、本性院了学信士。葬所は同上。
