その二 前述の大きさのようなガラス板二枚を取り、その一
枚の中央を少し凹状に製作し、木綿の撚り糸を痘
液によく浸してその凹んだ部分に詰め込み、他の一
枚を取ってこれに合わせ、合わせ目を密封することは前法
のようにして貯蔵する。○使用法は、これを開いて撚り糸を絞り

乾燥して固まったものであれば、水を一、二滴注いでこれを溶かし混ぜ合わせる
べきである。また皮膚に刻み傷を作って撚り糸を詰め、または
先に水疱を作る膏薬を施してその瘡痕にこれを貼り付ける。
