女集《割書：銭　女飾》
市場の場所について旧記録によると、以前は天使館東の天妃宮前の平地にあった。
その後馬市街に移り、今は市集が辻山の海沿いの坂の上に移された。朝夕二回市が立つ。
市場には男性はおらず、すべて女性が商売をしている。売っている物は魚、海老、サツマイモ、豆腐、木製品、磁器の皿、陶器、木櫛、草履などの粗末な品物である。官吏の家では多くがこの市場を利用しない。

Women's Market {{Small text: Money, Women's Ornaments}}
According to old records about the marketplace, it was formerly located on flat ground in front of Tianfei Temple, east of the Chinese envoy's residence.
Later it moved to Horse Market Street, and now the market has relocated to a slope along the coast of Tsuji Mountain. The market convenes twice daily, morning and evening.
The market has no men - all commerce is conducted by women. The goods sold are fish, shrimp, sweet potatoes, tofu, wooden implements, porcelain dishes, pottery, wooden combs, straw sandals, and other humble items. Officials' households mostly do not patronize this market.
