一 同四年（貞享四年）十二月 仁右衛門と改名したい旨を願い出て許可された件
一 元禄元年三月 勤番のため江戸へ赴き、同年九月に帰藩した件

• In the 12th month of the same 4th year (Jōkyō 4), his request to change his name to Niemon was granted.
• In the 3rd month of Genroku 1, he went up to Edo for guard duty and returned in the 9th month of the same year.
• In the 9th month of Genroku 4, he went up to Edo for guard duty and returned in the 3rd month of the following year.
• In the 3rd month of Genroku 9, he went up to Edo for guard duty and returned in the 9th month of the same year.
• In the 2nd month of Hōei 1, squad leader Shinoda Hanzaemon was relieved of his duties, and he was reassigned to Ōhara Sakon'emon's unit.
• In the intercalary 4th month of Hōei 2, squad leader Ōhara Sakon'emon was relieved of his duties as requested, and he was reassigned to Saka Seizaemon's unit.
• In the 11th month of Shōtoku 3, as requested, his son Magoemon was appointed as his guard duty substitute.
• In the 12th month of Kyōhō 16, he was granted retirement as requested.
• On the 26th day of the 1st month of Kyōhō 18, he died of illness at the age of 72. His posthumous Buddhist name was Seiyoryōshin Koji, buried at the same location (Seidōzan Kōganji Temple).
