井深三郎左衛門重長の娘《延享三年寅年（1746年）二月四日誕生、文政三年辰年（1820年）十二月十六日病死、法名源目心院智願妙海大姉、葬所前記と同じ》
一 元文四年未年（1739年）六月、親の願い通り初回の御目見えを仰せ付けられた事
一 寛延三年午年（1750年）閏六月、親の願い通り御番代を仰せ付けられ、三宅孫兵衛組にて御城御番を勤めた事
一 宝暦元年未年（1751年）六月、組頭三宅孫兵衛が若年寄を仰せ付けられ、後任の御役として簗瀬求馬組に移った事
一 同二年申年（1752年）六月、長期間の病気により親の孫石衛門の出勤を願い出て、御番代を退いた事
一 同十年辰年（1760年）九月、病気が全快したため、親の願い通り御番代を仰せ付けられ、簗瀬求馬組にて御城御番を勤めた事
一 同年十一月、跡式御知行四百石を相違なく下し置かれた事
一 同十二年午年（1762年）二月、組頭簗瀬求馬が若年寄を仰せ付けられ、後任の御役として山崎左助組に移った事
