現代語訳
一 明和四年（1767年）十二月、原織右衛門の跡屋敷を下賜された件
一 安永五年（1776年）五月、物頭に任命された件
一 同年十一月、原鉄太郎を預かることを命じられ、三十日間預かった後、樋口八野右衛門方へ引き渡した件
ただし、どこから引き取ったかは詳細不明である
一 天明六年（1786年）九月、〆の見回りを命じられたところ、三ヶ年精勤したため、褒美として綿二把を下賜された件
一 寛政二年（1790年）三月、簗瀬求馬の弟五三郎を婿養子にしたい旨を願い出て許可された件
一 同三年八月、願い出の通り息子五三郎が御番代に任命された件
一 同六年閏十一月、息子五三郎が出奔したため、病気により出勤が困難であることから小普請料を返上して療治したい旨を願い出て許可された件
一 同七年正月、赤松忠助の二男助次郎を婿養子にしたい旨を願い出て許可された件
一 同年七月、願い出の通り息子助次郎が御番代に（任命された件）

- In the 5th month of An'ei 5 (1776), appointed as monogashira (military officer)
- In the 11th month of the same year, ordered to take custody of Hara Tetsutaro for thirty days, then transferred him to the household of Higuchi Yauemon
However, it is unclear from where he was originally taken into custody
- In the 9th month of Tenmei 6 (1786), assigned to patrol duties for inspections, and after three years of diligent service, rewarded with two bundles of cotton
- In the 3rd month of Kansei 2 (1790), granted permission to adopt Gosaburō, the younger brother of Yanase Kyūma, as son-in-law
- In the 8th month of Kansei 3, his son Gosaburō was appointed as guard substitute as requested
- In the intercalary 11th month of Kansei 6, when his son Gosaburō fled, he petitioned to return his stipend and focus on medical treatment due to illness making work difficult, which was granted
- In the 1st month of Kansei 7, granted permission to adopt Sukejirou, the second son of Akamatsu Chūsuke, as son-in-law
- In the 7th month of the same year, his son Sukejirou was appointed as guard substitute as requested
