武濟の実情について説明すると、最上鳥居家の侍である加藤新兵衛某（二百石取りという）という者の曾孫である。祖父の太右衛門某が御家に召し出されて御歩行目付を勤めた。その子が二人あり、長男は太右衛門某といい、次男は順庵某といって医業を修行した。その後、御家医官渋谷香賑の婿養子となり、渋谷長庵と称した。その際一子が出生し、後に柴宮斉右衛門行充という者となった。ところが長庵については、香賑方で実子良哲が出生したため、良哲に

Regarding Busai's actual background: He was the great-grandson of a retainer of the Mogami Torii family named Katō Shinbei [surname unknown] (said to have held a 200-koku stipend). His grandfather Taemon [surname unknown] was summoned to serve the domain and worked as an ashigaru metsuke (foot soldier inspector). He had two sons: the eldest was named Taemon [surname unknown], and the second son was named Jun'an [surname unknown], who studied medicine. Later, he became the adopted son-in-law of the domain physician Shibuya Kōshō and was called Shibuya Chōan. At that time, one child was born who later became known as Shibamiya Saemon Yukimitsu.
