仰せ付けられ、在留中はもちろん江戸往来の節には附添として仰せ付けられ相勤めた事
一、同二年申年二月、御国目付衆の御用を引き通し骨折って相勤めたので、御褒美として銀子二枚を下し置かれた事
一、同九年卯年閏七月、御本診を仰せ付けられた事
一、同年六月、坂下駅において内藤豊前守様が御病気になったので、御医師として御頼みになられたとの由で、罷り越すよう仰せ付けられ、御療治を仕ったところ、御同人様から品々を下し置かれ、御在所へ御着後、干鯛並びに白銀五枚、御樽代五百疋を下し置かれた事
一、同年七月、御薬園へ御出での節、召され御懇ろの御意の上、御酒を下し置かれた

1. In the 2nd month of the 2nd year (1752), Year of the Monkey, because he worked diligently throughout his service to the domain inspectors, he was given two silver coins as a reward.
1. In the intercalary 7th month of the 9th year (1759), Year of the Rabbit, he was appointed as chief physician (go-honshin).
1. In the 6th month of the same year, at Sakashita station, Lord Naitō Bunzen-no-kami fell ill, so he was ordered to go there as the requested physician for treatment. After providing medical care, he received various gifts from His Lordship, and upon return to his residence, he was given dried sea bream, five pieces of silver, and 500 hiki for sake barrel expenses.
1. In the 7th month of the same year, when [the lord] visited the medicinal garden, he was summoned and graciously received sake after kind words.
From this time onward, he was frequently summoned and given sake.
