仰付於 御前御熨斗御煙草入
帯地御楊枝指被下置候事

輪光院様 光勝院様より
恭定様江之御内御用御直ニ被
仰付候ニ付氏家御泊之節奥番を以
申上候所其後 御目通江被
召出御酒被下於御次大御目付以上
御意之趣御国元御用人中迄申
述候様被 仰付罷下早速申達候

一 同六丑年四月年来精出相勤其
上去々年中壱年詰相勤此度も
被 差登候ニ付旁以御側医師挌被
仰付候旨被 仰出候事
一 同年五月御側医師挌被 仰付御
側医同様之勤致候ニ付江戸勤番中
壱ケ年弐枚之割を以判金壱枚被
下置候旨被 仰出候事

光勝院様にもお目見えを仰せ付けられ、
御前において御熨斗、御煙草入れ、
帯地、御楊枝指しを下賜された件
一 同月
輪光院様、光勝院様より
恭定様への御内用を直接
仰せ付けられたことにつき、氏家宿泊の節に奥番を以って
申し上げたところ、その後お目通りに
召し出され、お酒を下され、御次において大御目付以上の
御意向の趣旨を御国元の御用人中まで申し
述べるよう仰せ付けられ、帰国後早速申し伝えた
件
一 同六丑年四月、年来精を出して相勤め、その
上去々年中一年詰めて相勤め、この度も
江戸に派遣されることにつき、これらのことを以って御側医師格を
仰せ付けられる旨仰せ出された件
一 同年五月、御側医師格を仰せ付けられ、
御側医同様の勤めを致すことにつき、江戸勤番中
一ヶ年二枚の割合を以って判金一枚を
下賜される旨仰せ出された件

and in his presence was bestowed御熨斗 (ceremonial gift wrapping), a tobacco pouch,
obi fabric, and a toothpick holder.

Regarding the private matter for Lord Kyōtei directly
appointed by Lords Rinkōin and Kōshōin,
when he reported through the inner guard during his stay at Ujiie, he was subsequently
summoned for an audience, given sake, and in the antechamber was
instructed by those of ōmetsuke rank and above to report
the purport of their intentions to the domain administrators in the home domain,
which he promptly conveyed upon his return.
- Same year of the Ox (1805), fourth month: Having served diligently for years,
moreover having served a full year's duty the year before last, and being
sent up again this time, for all these reasons he was
appointed to the rank of goshoku ishi (personal physician to the lord), as announced.
- Same year, fifth month: Having been appointed to the rank of personal physician
and performing duties equivalent to the personal physicians, during his Edo service
he was granted one hankin (gold coin) at the rate of two per year,
as announced.
