療治をも行っていることにつき、御昼診・御診察を仰せ付けられました
一 天明五巳年二月、親の願いの通り隠居を
仰せ付けられ、家督として御知行百石を
相違なく下賜され、御医師を仰せ付けられました。
今まで下賜されていた稽古料五人扶持は
召し上げられました
一 同年七月、広く療治を行っていることにつき、御側医
格を仰せ付けられ、かつ御側医たちと同様に
打ち込んで御診察を行い、御保養の筋について申し談じるよう
仰せ出されました
一 同六午年八月、御側医師を
仰せ付けられました
一 同年十月、勤番として江戸表へ参上
しました
